Unfortunately, all Texas Realtors must take Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses in order to keep your Real Estate License up to date. The good news is, Real Estate Institute of America is here to make the continuing education process as simple as possible.
Once you have become a licensed Texas Realtor, all licensees are required to complete 150 hours of Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) courses within the first year of licensure. Following the first year, all licensed Texas real estate agents must complete 15 hours of continuing education for each 2-year renewal period.
